Can I send App Newsletter campaigns for free?

Yes. You can send 1,000 newsletters for free every month with our Free plan. There are no hidden fees. You don't even need to provide a credit card.

What happens when I exceed the 1,000 free newsletters per month?

With our Free plan, you will be limited to 1,000 newsletters per month automatically. In that case, you don't need to worry about any expenses. You will be able to send more than 1,000 newsletters only after you have upgraded to our Pay As You Go plan, and you have provided a payment method. Can I sign up without giving my credit card?

Absolutely. You don't have to provide any payment method to create an account and send newsletter campaigns.

How do you calculate the number of sent newsletters?

We count the number of newsletters that your subscribers have received from you. For example: If you have 100 subscribers, and you send a newsletter campaign to all your subscribers, then you have sent 100 newsletters. Welcome Newsletters do not count.

Is there a discount for non-profits?

Yes, there is! Please contact us, and we will give you a discount.

What payment methods do you offer?

We support all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.

Where can I find my invoices?

All invoices are available to you in PDF format from your Publisher Portal/Account/ Invoices.

How can I close my account?

You can request us to close your account at any time from your Publisher Portal/ Account/Delete account. If you don't have any unpaid invoices, your account will be closed immediately. If you have any unpaid invoices, e.g. you are in the Pay As You Go plan, and you are still to be billed for your usage-based expenses, your account will be suspended until the end of the billing period and then deleted.
